Earl Honeycutt, Martha and Spencer Love Term Professor of Marketing and director of the Chandler Family Professional Sales Center, has co-authored "Solutions for Customer Complaints about Offshoring and Outsourcing Services."

Jason Springer, director of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ 101 at the university, presented this fall at the 18th National Conference on Students in Transition held in St. Louis.
