Rhonda Belton, director of Application Technologies, recently received a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Teaching with a concentration in Higher Education Administration from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Her dissertation, “The Impacts of Experiential Learning on Leadership Identity in Female College Graduates,” included recent Ƶ graduates who had participated in the Isabella Cannon Leadership Program during their Ƶ college career.
