Career Services this week is introducing “Ƶ Employer Partners,” a new program to build more awareness of top companies seeking Ƶ job candidates. Featured partners include four Fortune 500 companies: EMC Corporation, Credit Suisse, Lowe’s Companies, and E. & J. Gallo Winery, as well as regional organizations such as Curtis Media Group, many of whom are participating in Ƶ’s upcoming Fall Career Kick-Off.

The “Ƶ Employer Partners” program recognizes preferred employers who commit to at least one type of recruiting activity annually such as online postings, career fairs and information sessions. are selected for meeting key “target employer” criteria, including: a capacity for regularly hiring interns and/or entry-level employees; a recruiting strategy focused on college interns or graduates; a desire to recruit Ƶ talent; availability of internships and/or entry-level positions which reflect job functions, industries and geographic locations desired by Ƶ students.
Career Services will seek to add one to three employer partners per year.
