Darris Means, assistant director of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Academy, was one of five keynote speakers at the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi Convention on August 6 in Kansas City, Mo.
Means discussed the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Academy and the literacy grant that the Academy received from Phi Kappa Phi. The grant was used to begin an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Academy Book Jam in collaboration with ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s chapter of Phi Kappa Phi. The literacy grant project was led by Kim Pyne and Darris Means.
