After the fourth week of RecycleMania 2010, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ continues to run ahead of last year's total in cumulative pounds of waste recycled (per capita) across campus. RecycleMania is a 10-week competition among campuses across the country to reduce waste and raise awareness about recycling.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ recycled 50,951 pounds of materials over the fourth week of this year’s competition.
Per Capita Classic
Overall, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ placed 88th out of the 457 reported entries nationwide with a 8.72-pound per capita weight volume.
Targeted Materials: Aluminum/Plastic/Glass
Overall, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ placed 9th out 290 entries for this category with a 4.24-pound per capita weight volume.
Targeted Materials: Cardboard
Overall, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ placed 85th out of the 297 entries with a 2.61-pound per capita weight volume.

Overall, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ placed 128th out of 280 entries with a 1.87-pound per capita weight volume.
