Gary Crittenden and Steve Young of Huntsman Gay Global Capital spoke about entrepreneurship and navigating difficult economic circumstances in McCrary Theatre on March 15. Their talk was hosted by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Student Entrepreneurial Enterprise Development (SEED) organization in association with the Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Trustee Kerrii Brown Anderson '79 has declared The IGNITE Challenge "a big success." In a new video message, she thanks young alumni for answering her challenge to make gifts to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ during February. Young alums and Anderson contributed a total of $205,028 to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s 2010 Founders Day celebrations concluded Thursday, March 11, with a “fireside chat” with President Emeritus J. Earl Danieley ’46. Members of the audience were treated to tales about Danieley’s life and his many experiences at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ as student, faculty member, administrator and president.
