2009 Intramural Moot Court champions announced

At the Second Annual ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Law Intramural Moot Court Competition, held November 2-5, twenty law students earned an invitation to join the law school's Moot Court Board. Jason Burton and Parker Moore were the competition champions, winning a competitive final round.

Student Team’s Documentary Accepted to Asheville Film Festival

A student-produced documentary about the U.S.S. Sequoia, which served as the presidential yacht from Herbert Hoover's administration until President Jimmy Carter auctioned it off in 1977, will be screened at the Asheville Film Festival Nov. 13.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Mock Trial to attend the 4th Annual Tobacco Road Invitational at Duke University

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Mock Trial program will compete Nov. 7-8 among two dozen teams from 14 universities in the 4th Annual Tobacco Road Invitational Tournament at Duke University. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ is sending two teams representing students from all majors and departments to compete at the tournament.
