The volunteer work of 18 ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ law students, helping low and middle-income residents in the region to file thier tax returns, is featured in the Sunday, April 19 edition of the Greensboro News & Record.

In it, the achievements of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ law students who provided free tax assistance in partnership with Legal Aid of North Carolina are detailed. These achievements include saving clients $6,620 in tax preparation fees, assisting clients in obtaining $31,033 in federal refunds and $3,910 in state refunds, and helping clients to find $10,830 in earned income tax credits.
