Howard Katz comes to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, where he was a visiting professor. His background includes teaching positions at a variety of law schools including George Washington, Pittsburgh, Howard, Tulane and George Mason.

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Academy held opening day ceremonies on Sunday for the annual residential component of a program that brings gifted high school students from Alamance County to campus for academic enrichment and leadership development.
