Tune into WUNC-TV Friday, Aug. 13 at 7:30 p.m. for the program “North Carolina Now.” ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Junior Jeff Ward will be one of the people featured in a story on local communities helping Kosovar refugees. While working this summer in the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ library, Jeff has been printing out news about Kosovo from the Internet and giving it to his neighbors, a family from Kosovo brought to the U.S. with the help of a local church. A WUNC team videotaped an interview with Ward on campus July 29.
