Students who are planning to transfer or not return to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ at semester's end must complete withdrawal procedures.
Students should plan to complete withdrawal procedures December 8,9,10, 13 or 14. Procedures include completing withdrawal application, receiving appropriate signatures and having a brief exit interview.
Students may pick-up applications for withdrawal beginning December 8 and exit interview times are:
12/8 9 am-11:30 am
1:30 pm – 5:00 pm
12/9 8:30 am – noon
1:00 pm – 4:30 pm
12/10 8:30 am – noon
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
12/13 8:30 am -5:00 pm
12/14 9:00 am – 11:30 am
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Exit interviews are on a walk-in basis. Students should complete the application prior to the exit interview-
