Faculty and students participating in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Literature in Ireland Study Abroad course visited Galway on Jan. 9.
Participants in the course saw a pantomine production in which the students were welcomed from the group. Many children were in the audience and the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students enjoyed seeing the view into that part of the culture.
The group is staying in an older hotel which is said to be haunted.
Students heard a lecture at the University of Galway from Joe McKenna, a cousin of Kevin Boyle, associate professor of English at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ.
