Art faculty member to discuss “sexing-up” of mass media, Jan. 15

Noah Rosenblatt-Farrell, adjunct assistant professor of art, will discuss contemporary mass media and the culture of information that has emerged since the September 11 terrorist attacks during a presentation at 6 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 15 in Yeager Recital Hall, located in the Center for the Arts on campus. His presentation, which is free and open to the public, is part of the Art History at Ƶ speaker series.

Rosenblatt-Farrell also works as an intellectual property consultant. He argues that the culture of information born since September 11 marks the beginning of a new social movement in the U.S.
