More than 70 entries were received from around the world, including Senegal, South Africa, Germany and the United Kingdom. Moyer’s entry was one of several by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students who are involved with Project Pericles, an initiative sponsored by the Eugene Lang Foundation. Project Pericles has challenged ten colleges and universities to provide a learning experience that will “instill in students an abiding and active sense of social responsibility and civic concern.”
