Raymond Fletcher joined Facilities Management at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ on August 15, 2018.  Before ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ, he served twenty years in the United States Navy, of which he spent 14 years in the Civil Engineer Corps maintaining the Navy’s Shore Infrastructure across the globe.  Raymond is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arkansas and a Project Management Professional.

Raymond and his wife Rona reside in Browns Summit with their two daughters, Olivia, who is a 2025 graduate of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ School of Education, and Rylee, who is currenlty projected to graduate in the spring of 2028 from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ.
